The Washington State Department of Commerce is working on their 'missing middle' housing regulations. Right now, they have opened up a comment period for 'draft guidance to cities in setting development fees associated with residential construction.' Give them your 2 cents!

Between @booker.senate.gov's magnificent, soaring oratory and stamina plus
the volunteers' effort up to the last hours in Wisconsin I have renewed faith in our fellow Americans' devotion to democracy. We can do this. But it takes all of us. Remember April 5 is coming up.

Pete Hegseth put American lives at risk when he sent war plans in a group chat — then he lied to cover it up.

If he doesn't resign, he should be fired.

At least $1200, maybe per month instead of per year.
Trump's broad 25% tariffs on our allies mean:

🍅 Even higher prices at the grocery store
⛽️ We'll continue to pay more for gas
🏘️ Housing costs will just keep rising

Overall, his blanket tariffs are going to cost the average Kentuckian at least $1,200.

Louisville take note.
If Trump and House Republicans get their way, U of L will lose almost $200 million in federal funding.

I'll always fight to make sure our universities get the resources they need, and I'm proud to have President Schatzel as my guest for tonight's address. bit.ly/3QKczPI

I got laid off today, with the rest of 18F.

18F was an elite federal software shop. We made gov't websites work better, more efficiently for the American people. We saved taxpayers from getting screwed over by contractors. And were fired for it.

We made this website to tell our story:
