DOJ has sued 8 states for protecting their citizens' sensitive voter registration data. My law firm has intervened to oppose DOJ's efforts in the first two states -- Maine and Oregon.

To my friends in the mainstream media (of which I was long a part): if you book Stephen Miller on your shows, you are part of the problem. There’s a temptation to do it because his inflammatory lies bring ratings. But giving him a platform to spew lies/incite violence is morally unjustifiable.

California, Oregon and Washington announced yesterday they’ve created their own health alliance, saying the CDC has become “a political tool that increasingly peddles ideology instead of science.”

New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island have now done the same.
