Is there anyone here who remembers The Heritage Foundation suggesting aborting fetuses with Down Syndrome for economic reasons? I remember this vividly — I worked with cognitively challenged adults then, sometime between 1982-1986. It caused so much controversy. But I can’t find anything about it.

While reading, my first reaction was we need that kid to take out the entire White House.

Zoey rode shotgun, perched on the new IKEA pillow, better to see with. The view, music, cone from DQ—all perfect. Then? Explosive diarrhea! Her pillow caught most of it; it went straight to trash. She caught most of the rest, straight into a bath. The leftover? I’ll get it … tomorrow’s tomorrow …
