Just watched the new Knives Out and I think it's really important you know that the scene in the Seminary's Gym is filmed in the same place Rick Astley filmed the music video for Never Gonna Give You Up.
I saw the window tracery and immediately made my friends pause the film so I could tell them.

I don't like algos, never have. Social media every day should be like making a mixtape for all your friends. You're sending their timeline all the best stuff you come across. We curate for each other and for ourselves rather than letting bossy bots call the shots.
all bluesky not having an algorithm means is that all the adhd hyperfocus sickness of the mind posters finally don't get deboosted anymore; free of our shackles we can force everyone to read 50000 posts about blorbo a day every day
could be wrong but I think people took bluesky not having an algorithm to mean you can just post whenever and run and accumulate however many likes you believe you deserve
