This @bandcamp.com review for Seattle/OlyWA band IQU
is a solid appraisal of their excellent debut: "an overlooked gem of the late ‘90s indie scene, combining acoustic and electronic elements in a manner that few were able to master."
(used to work w/ them + why I am living in Seattle today).
More Bands Left Behind By Streaming
Under-appreciated post-rock and electronic groups spanning the mid-’90s through the 21st century, appreciated.

Psyched about this news but also pour a few out for the heads expecting covers of Def Leppard, Dokken, Van Halen, and Tank Top Party Lads (the Doors, not so much).
We are so thrilled to announce we have ensnared Hayden Pedigo: man, myth, master of disguise; un-picker, finger-picker, absurdist, perfectionist, and occasional politician, with an unorthodox recording contract.

Pretty stoked to hear Hayden Pedigo is putting a record out on Sub Pop. I'm not really the kind to predict who's going to be huge because I've never been in that game, but it does feel good to champion someone whose work is truly great and is getting a wider audience
