My mother told me once that the trouble with socialism is once it has worked (pulled people out of poverty) they turn their back on it. When people are comfortably off they (think) they don’t need it so much.
But there’s others who need you to help them:
Don’t be selfish, be a socialist.

£99987 and counting: graduates trapped by student loans.

Govt froze repayment threshold. By 2030, be at minimum wage.

At the margin grads pay 20% inc tax + 8%NIC +9% repayment. Insane.

Loan increases, if not repaid.

Grads can't buy home, start family/business.

Abolish Uni fees. Write-off debt.

The jury were right to clear these six.
Their actions were to defend a country against genocide.
I only wish, when my good friend was in court for being on a zoom call, that the jury were allowed to hear her defence.
Climate change is just as real and causes destruction to lives and homes.

This ⬇️ exactly this.
You can’t condemn Reform for something they are planning to do, while ignoring what Labour are actually doing
I hope those who condemn Reform for their comments about "mass deportations" but continue to support Labour's inhumane treatment of migrants are paying attention.
Labour's policies are all about deportation and framing migrants as criminals. It only leads one way

What kind of sick, horrific conditions are children being forced to endure in there?

Mandelson says he’s sorry about his friendship with Epstein, but he was the one giving Government information, not the other way round. Why? What was he getting in return?
So saying sorry means absolutely nothing.

This doesn’t go far enough.
Listening to a podcast, as many parents also do, (plus other online content) so a ‘before the watershed’ doesn’t seem appropriate any more.
The podcast interrupted several times with a McDonalds ad - describing a cheese on cheeseburger 🤦‍♀️

Who will it be? A Sun reporter on Bold Politics?
A Mail reporter at a Green Party meeting?

While we’re questioning the judgment of our Prime Minister, we should also question the judgment of our King.
He should have cut off all ties with his brother years ago. If he can cut ties with his son, who’s done much for charity, he could cut ties with his useless brother.
