I haven’t visited Houston in almost a year. The road trip was much smoother this time around. Last year I recall a lot more traffic and some construction.

I found my sourdough technique now. Instead of fussing about temp. control and trying to find a warm space on my counter, I started preheating my oven to 100 degrees and then shutting it off. Whatever remaining heat is there, the sourdough sits in it and we continue bulk fermenting there too.

Saad and I have been looking around to see if a marketing expert would help us in exchange for equity in our company. So far no luck. Most people want/need money and most everyone doesn’t have the time to work on a startup just because/just for fun. It’s up to us now. 😭😮💨

I remember when I went to a food festival and I was trying to talk about SurPlate. I had tears in my eyes and was so nervous. I could tell how uncomfortable I was making the vendor. Hopefully he didn’t take it the wrong way. #marketing #introvertmarketing
