No pictures but I just watched a presidential advisor show how income climbed in Trump’s first term vs Biden’s; of course the numbers favored Rump; but income in Biden’s first term started where income in Rump’s first term started not where Rump’s finished. Made up numbers?

This is incredible. Hegseth wants to change names of Navy ships, not just the Harvey Milk but also others named for those who worked for the good of the people, like the USS Ruth Bader Ginsberg. How much will that cost? www.cbsnews.com/news/navy-ne...

Socialism is what they called public power.

Socialism is what they called social security.

Socialism is what they called the growth of free and independent labor organizations.

CEO pay is up 1,085% since 1978, while typical worker pay is up just 24%.

Why do we always hear "we can't afford to pay our workers more" but never "we can't afford to pay our CEO more"?

Why did six House Republicans who promised to oppose Medicaid cuts vote for the "big beautiful bill"?

It could be because the bill now contains an expanded "pass-through" tax deduction that would personally benefit them.

Follow the money.

Six House Republicans opposed Medicaid cuts, then voted for them. It turns out that will grant them a big tax break.

Average global CEO pay has skyrocketed 50% since 2019 to $4.3M.

By contrast, average worker pay has risen just 0.9% over that same time period.

Why do we always hear "we can't afford to pay our workers more" but never "we can't afford to pay our CEO more"?
Global CEO pay increased by 50 percent since 2019, 56 times more than worker wages
Average CEO pay surged by 50 percent in real terms since 2019, while average worker wages increased by just 0.9 percent.

New from @pamherd.bsky.social & me: A DOGEr is now running the National Park Service.

They were already short of employees to manage record crowds. DOGE has cut 13% and wants to cut 30%.

Apple donated $1M. Trump exempted most of Apple’s imports from tariffs.

Coinbase donated $1M. Trump’s SEC dropped a major lawsuit against them.

See how this works?
