So two foreign nationals discussed Jared Kushner, a guy who couldn't get security clearance but was able to get $2 billion from Saudi Arabia? And the content of the report is so sensitive that it can't be made public?

Seems like Jared's dad may not wind up being the only felon in the family.
Breaking WSJ:

The highly classified whistleblower complaint against Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard is related to a conversation intercepted last spring in which two foreign nationals discussed Jared Kushner, according to U.S. officials familiar with the matter.
Gabbard Whistleblower Complaint Based on Intercepted Conversation About Jared Kushner
The substance of the conversation, which covered in part issues related to Iran, isn’t known.

I haven't yet been to the DOJ website to search the Epstein Files, because their simple search function seems insufficient.

Is it possible to download the entire repository so that we can begin a true analysis?

Minnesota, you won. Much of ICE are leaving. Don't trust this. They are trying to get the funding bill passed. Once the bill passes they'll be back at it either by you or someplace else.

I appreciate the optimism, but it is hard to think about a Presidential candidate, when we are under authoritarian rule by a man who historically breaks the law to remain in power. Such as; vote manipulation, bribes/blackmail, & inciting & funding an Insurrection. This isn't going to simply be over.

Howard Lutnick misled the American people about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein because he didn't want to admit he continued interacting with Epstein even AFTER Epstein was convicted of soliciting a minor.

It's a disgrace. Lutnick needs to resign as Secretary of Commerce.

But when China's balloon was sitting there for more than a day?
This is so embarrassing.

The cartel drones Pam Bondi was sounding the alarm about during the hearing turned out to be… party balloons.

This administration is so incompetent.

He was right.

The New York Times just launched a new "newsletter about the law and the courts." They are calling it "The Docket."

The Times may not care that Democracy Docket has been publishing "On the Docket" and "Daily Docket" for years, but I believe our 400,000 subscribers might.

More on this tomorrow.

You can't prove received wisdom wrong if you don't try... and you've got to give China credit for not being afraid to try. A step on the way to serious reduction of shipping emissions by 2050? Or an expensive experiment with niche coastal uses? Time will tell!

This is not a comment on anyone or any specific situation.

Generally speaking, given today's political environment, I don't believe or trust any public corporate statement.

Seems there are a lot behind the scenes influence or threats of punitive actions.

Maybe I'm just cynical.

I got my teeth-bones checked and cleaned at the teeth-bone doctor today.

It didn't cost me anything.

Funny how people start doing preventative care when the taxes they pay are actually put to use benefitting them. I prevent incurring huge ER costs for abscesses and emergency extractions.
