There are approximately zero instances where philanthropic dollars are best directed to a new organization run by You, The Person Fresh To The Problem instead of to a very exhausted person who's been doing the work on a shoestring with no resources for decades and knows the problem space
If you are a rich person who wants to do good with your money, consider giving it to people who are already working on the things you care about instead of assuming your big brain is necessary to the solution and "founding" something. Jesus.
