This feels like a good time to remind folks of the difference between a judicial and a administrative warrant. They are not the same thing.

Know the difference between an administrative and a judicial warrant. One important distinction is that a judicial warrant authorizes entry into private spaces (your home, your work, etc, etc) where as an administrative warrant does NOT authorizes entry.
