Another question I came here with was: how effective are the whistles and honking? Does it stop abductions? And the answer is, surprisingly to my cynical self, yes, and often. I have talked to so many people who have successfully interrupted kidnappings.

This is so incredibly inspiring. No matter what us city you are in - we should all be taking notes. They are the example and who shows us in fricking -20 degree weather and snow - this can be done.

Bucket has been with us one month. It feels like forever already. I just caught this sweet little moment we were snuggling in the setting winter sun here in Seattle 🥹🐕these animals really do heal us during all this. They don’t understand what’s happening. They just know the moment. 🌱

YES I’ve noticed the same - i think i need to spend more time engaging so the algo gets to know me a bit and see if that changes!

A year ago I wrote my first book 📕 🥹 just a little 80 page book full of stories and paintings about how my plants helped remind me to care for myself thru all my life cycles ❤️🩹🌱 here’s a video of the first time I got to see them in real life 🤓🌱✨

As a devoted plant parent i totally agree with this take! Most of the stress I’ve caused my plants is from being overly concerned with them and over watering!
