Pay very close attention to the diction of these tyrants. Trump says this time that “Lax Migration policies” are to blame. Migration, not immigration. They will try to restrict or more closely monitor movement within the country, including for citizens. Just look at the camera network BPD has.

I know I sound like a conspiracy theorist here: But is it not even a little suspicious that within a week of a federal judge ordering an end to the NGs Deployment in DC, a terrible double murder happens that then “justifies” the presence of the NG? And that murderer happens to be an immigrant?

This compounds with my often repeated stance that the engagement based algorithm in social media has exacerbated the underlying issues of america’s slide into nationalism 10x. That was probably Zuckerberg’s greatest crime.
Also most voters have just never thought remotely seriously about policy. “Should we get rid of illegal immigrants? Well, of course; they’re illegal!” There’s nothing deeper than that going on until they start seeing what that actually entails.
Some Dems and pundits overread the significance of Trump's win. They looked at dissatisfaction with the border and discerned a seismic cultural reaction to immigration levels inside the country. The former was real. The latter is a mirage.

This compounds with my often repeated stance that the engagement based algorithm in social media has exacerbated the underlying issues of america’s slide into nationalism 10x. That was probably Zuckerberg’s greatest crime.
