Not sure whats happened to reddit but I just hopped on for the first time in a few weeks and my feed is absolutely rotten with far right and alt right meme subreddits as ‘recommended for me’.
Literally just use reddit for video games info and tech support and barely comment on anything.

I’m pretty tech savvy and I’m noticing that enshittification has made purchasing for friends and family online this year an absolute unbearable crapfest.
Can’t find anything, can’t find where to buy things, and every gift idea article is slop generated junk.

Pretty damning that the Ultimates comic series (an alt universe Avengers team for non nerds) has a world where the bad guys won and are in charge and it basically looks and sounds exactly like the world we have now.
