Donald Trump treats the international stage like a schoolyard playground, attempting to bully and brute force other countries into compliance with his imperialist agenda.

The UK cannot continue to appease an erratic, unreliable leader under the guise of a "special relationship."

🏳️‍🌈We are a city of hope, not hate.
Devon's youngest councillor Thomas Richardson delivers a message of hope at the Exeter is For Everyone rally, attended by hundreds who stood against a small group of fascists who turned up in our city again to spread their message of hatred and division.

Local Labour controlled council seem intent on taking the excuse of council reorganisation to cancel our elections this year, as recommended by Starmer's government, because they don't want to lose. Reorganisation plans won't be in place until after elections due. Utterly unjustified & undemocratic.
We're at Guildhall in Exeter to pile pressure on councillors to let people in Exeter have their say in May.

The Home Office’s new TikTok account wants you to see migration through a negative lens.

We refuse this toxic narrative. Migration is a positive force in this country.

On Monday, Trump ran roughshod over intl law - the UK took no action.

On Tuesday, Trump threatened a NATO ally - the UK took no action.

Today, the UK supported Trump's military operation in the North Atlantic.

When will this govt stop appeasing Trump and stand up for the rule of law?

We can’t go on like this.

In just two days, the average FTSE 100 CEO has made a median workers full time annual salary.

The right calls this “wealth creation”.

It’s wealth extraction.

Time to tax the rich.

Imperialism (noun): a policy of extending a country's power and influence through colonisation, use of military force, or other means.

It's clear what Trump is doing.

Yet our Labour government refuse to defend international law and condemn the illegal actions of a rogue state.

Cycling like the Dutch would slash the world’s carbon footprint
If everybody cycled like the Dutch, we could offset the UK or Australia’s entire carbon footprint.

It's 10 years since the Paris climate agreement.

Before Paris, the world was heading for 4 degrees of warming; it’s now headed for 2.5 degrees. We must continue this progress to limit heating and reduce its impacts.

Every fraction of a degree matters for the future of humanity.
