Local Labour controlled council seem intent on taking the excuse of council reorganisation to cancel our elections this year, as recommended by Starmer's government, because they don't want to lose. Reorganisation plans won't be in place until after elections due. Utterly unjustified & undemocratic.
We're at Guildhall in Exeter to pile pressure on councillors to let people in Exeter have their say in May.
