In order to get my poems out there I've used social media a lot in 2025. At the risk of labouring THE MOST OBVIOUS THING I can say with some certainly it's had a deleterious effect on my mental health. Be grateful for any tips on a healthy approach to Social Media!

Reflecting on my year in poetry. I’ve been very lucky to have been published in some amazing lit mags and anthologies (some of which pictured). Thanks to everyone who has engaged with my work this year; it’s a total privilege for me ❤️

Being an adult is basically exactly like Ratatouille except you're both the clueless human AND the rat who's trying so so hard to make him do things and also it's way less funny and you don't live in Paris

Seven years later I can finally write about it. I’m sure many can relate. 🐾

A final bump for this because I think it's a poem that captures what I'm all about (hahas, melancholy, stupidity) and I also love @burialmagazine.bsky.social so

a) I know it's probably uncool to post b) it's all possibly a quirk of the Big River place c) I don't really care. I'm so touched by all the support this new book has had so far, I couldn't have imagined getting anywhere near top ten poetry books. Thank you! 🥹
