I don't think its a fair analysis because by all accounts, the arab world is outright opposed to what Israel is doing. The issue is:
1. Their leaders don't care because a partnership w/Israel is profitable
2. There's not much they can do unless they wish to go to war w/the US

My hot take is this peace agreement that heavily favors Russia was inevitable even if Harris was president. Ukraine has no leverage anymore and the US never truly supported them beyond dragging out the war in hopes of destabilizing Putin.

I also don't see a reason why the US wouldn't offer minor security guarantees to keep Ukraine under their thumb and allow US companies to profit now that the war will have ended.
I don't see how anyone could trust any "guarantee" given by the U.S. government right now. Unless you're Israel and it involves funding for genocide.
