Because arteries get STIFFER with age
...3 BP readings should be taken at each sitting.
DISCARD the 1st one & record the AVERAGE of the next 2 readings.

Because arteries get STIFFER with age

Yest. got a second order of the eNoVid nitric acid nasal spray -- except I didn't place a second order. Dunno if it was a s/w hiccup in Israel [HQ] or locally [Mississauga?] or both, but I offered to pay for the new shipment now I have it and they just emailed back saying no need. Huh. Freebie!
