Tires are good for ~5 years, low usage or not.
Don't be like my mother; do get new tires after 5 years.
And if your mechanic says to avoid long trips on your old tires, please listen and don't do multiple 400km trips...

There's another thing I want to say about this in particular: it's not that it's wrong to want profits, but that whole speculator mindset is so skewed that it makes it impossible for a game studio to operate with any longevity. The demands for return on investment are just so out of proportion.
But the audience doesn't want products. The audience wants meaningful and significant experiences.
I dunno. It's depressing, the way these people have wrecked so many studios -- and so many lives -- and are now picking the carcass apart, eternally questing for their profits.
