I haven’t been posting often, but I joined #FirstStrides two months ago to start #running / #walking in a more structured way. I’m now signed up for the #Womens5K next Saturday (4 Oct 2025). I just need to hydrate more this week and enjoy the experience! 🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️🥳

I went to my #chiropractor yesterday and he said I’m having an issue in my back because my muscles are like rocks. Definitely stress. Now trying to unknot my back.

Book title: Panic in the Panhandle (Elmo Simpson Mysteries) Author: J.C. Kenney Book description: The book is on my sofa so the cover shows clearly. The cover is a pink/purple on the top half showing the title in gold. On the bottom half of the cover there is an alligator wearing pink sunglasses with an open jaw. There are pearls in its mouth and its left front paw is on top of colorful spiral-bound notebooks. Papers are strewn about. And there’s a cage with a danger (skull and crossbones) symbol on it with what looks like blood smeared on the danger sign, too.
