Most countries rewrite their constitutions when a politician completely oversteps the way Trump does. The United States for some reason refuses to do that. It's one of those things my autistic brain found so odd because I never really internalized the religious reverence for the US constitution

fwiw, I think the best way to think of this is not really as "trump is the worst ever" so much as "trump takes all the worst aspects of american history and speed runs them all at once"
Every American should be ashamed of who we are and what we have become as a nation today. We have a long history of military misadventures and even crimes but the attacks we have been conducting on Venezuela are among the most wanton, egregious and least defensible acts we’ve ever conducted.
