My brain as soon as I'm awake: you're gonna see the end of all big wildlife? Like any mammal that ain't a human, pet, livestock domesticate, or pest is gonna be gone. Like a really inefficient tyranid invasion.

I think I don't jam with the weird west aesthetic too much. I think the externalisation of evil as a separate thing undercuts the culpability of mankind to be the worst thing in the universe and to me that's an unforgivable thing to do in the Western genre.

I finally started experimenting with this bottle of creme de cassis and idk why I waited so long! What a fun ingredient. I did a bourbon renewal and Suzanne and I both loved the whiskey/fruit popsicle vibe. Now I gotta see what else calls for it but that cocktail alone justified the damn bottle

I think traveller works better when you zoom into the trading system and what exactly is going on. I think having a high barter skill doesn't discount (pun intended) your ability to make a deal, but rather I think it offers you deals that cost one their humanity in exchange for real profit.

I think I found a cocktail that isn't technically on the books but definitely delicious
So take your a la louisianne which is a rye Sazerac w/ benedictine instead of simple but replace rye entirely with cognac.
Specs: 2oz cognac 1/2 oz Benedictine, 3 dash of peychauds in an absinthe rinsed glass

This video is so cool. First off that Japanese edition of Traveller's cover art is primo. Second the Sword World fellows mechanic of having a little guy who can come in and help you out from someone elses game and youre supposed to write a thank you for them? 100/100
