Never be shy about asking straightforwardly for a contract. Find out your deadline, what exactly is expected of you, what the pay is, when it will be paid.

Never be shy about asking straightforwardly for a contract. Find out your deadline, what exactly is expected of you, what the pay is, when it will be paid.
Asking for these things is not rude, it's a normal part of professional practice. Anyone who responds poorly is waving a red flag in your face!

Reposting as you probably all saw I worked with Cam on a project to bring disabled NPCs into his games. The content itself was made well over a year ago and whilst I will admit I was at fault for not keeping contact well during the project (I was going through mental and physical health issues-

DayLITE attempted to hire me in 2022 with a vague pitch, offered only royalties, and was incredibly rude when I declined. There were rumours of him being a creep even then. Sad to see the unprofessionalism has gone on so long and shocked to read the depths of his behaviour (tw: sexual harrasment).💔
