I had a snowball fight with the 10yr Old & her friend last night in the botanical garden. It was dark so I wore a light up LED band to help them track me. They were incredibly risk averse: keeping their distance, only charging in with their snowballs after I had thrown a mine & had empty hands.

In the US I volunteered myself as a professional photographer to nonprofits & advocacy groups, to build community & sublimate the feelings of anxiety produced by rising authoritarianism.
I don’t have the same opportunity in Sweden bc of my language deficit.

I went to Venezuela as a tourist in 2005 to watch the Caribbean World Seriesl. All the Venezuelans were so nice and it’s disgusting what’s happening to them.
