Some cannabis cultivators are only using a fraction of what they're licensed to grow, so the state may start lowering them to lower cultivation limits. wbjournal.com/article/cann...

This is widespread enough that I think we can stop referring to petitioners lying as allegations. It is certainly happening, and is not just limited to this ballot question.

NEW: The CCC is back to four members, as Ava Callender Concepcion has resigned, according to the AG's office (who appointed her). This comes just days after Carrie Benedon was appointed to fill another vacant CCC seat and as the House and Senate consider legislation to overhaul the agency.

Ski Ward, a tiny ski site in Shrewsbury, keeps catching national attention for being the first ski slope in North America to open for the season. I headed over to the hill to investigate how they keep pulling this off.
For the past three years, the family-owned recreation site has been able to open for skiing in October, well before the first natural snow has begun to fall.
