Outside my coverage area, but seems worth mentioning Ocean State Job Lot is donating over a quarter million pounds of Plumpy'Nut to South Sudan, per a company press release. This should help a region hit particularly hard by USAID cuts.

Something going mostly unnoticed in the Colbert discussion is how much of the Colbert Report has been vanished by Paramount. There's still some clips out there but the vast majority of the show is no longer assessable, including his brilliant "Difference Makers" segment on Trump's big flagpole.

Worcester County has 7.1 local journalists per 100,000, the second lowest of any Massachusetts county and lower than the shrinking national county average of 8.2, according to a new report from Muck Rack and Rebuild Local News. MA ranks 11th in the country.
