That would be unforgivable. EVERY member should condemn the annexation of a sovereign state. The use of diplomatic language has its place, but a UNSC Resolution requires governments to stand together and condemn contraventions of international law, by ANYONE.

Nobody can doubt the truth of this. It’s surely what we all thought anyway.
