While I wish they wouldn’t do this on the one of the three sisters with a bike lane, it is neat.

I think my favorite “shit sucks” tv is people from my xennial cultural touchstones doing travel shows - James May, Conan O’Brien, and most recently Billy Boyd and Dom Monaghan. It’s a bit saccharine but the “turns out we’re all just humans struggling in our circumstances” thesis is what I need.

I was 1 of the 1100 and my quote was published in this article. This is my minute of fame (down from the previously allotted 15 minutes due to the our dwindling collective attention span).

Take a fucking bow Rio Ngumoha. Also Szoboszlai with the best dummy in the history of dummies (I don’t care that I’m exaggerating.)

What a team goal with every player having a touch except Szobo whose no touch was sublime.

If you have a boss, you need a union.
A simple way to summarize this is to compute the sentiment difference between labor unions and big business for each individual who answers both questions.

The largest gap between 1964 and 2012 was about +5 pro-union in 1974. Now, we are at +16.

Pure class from Oasis tonight as they displayed an image of late Liverpool player Diogo Jota on the screens during their 'Live Forever' performance.

A truly beautiful tribute. #LFC #YNWA #Oasis

I don’t think anyone is prepared for what they just did w/ ICE.

This is not a simple budget increase. It is an explosion - making ICE bigger than the FBI, US Bureau of Prisons, DEA,& others combined.

It is setting up to make what’s happening now look like child’s play. And people are disappearing.

when you write off Appalachia as an ideologically backwards region that deserves what it gets, you aren't actually doing anything to help. you're actually writing off a hell of a lot of people who are in the struggle with you. y'all do know that, right?

Happy May 1st. The value of your labor belongs to you and the actions of the state are best understood as as a coordinated effort to distract you from this. The state fears an organized and unified proletariat like it fears death and rightly so. Power to the workers and power to the people
