We’ve done some horrible things as a nation, to think we’ve fought and clawed each time to progress and be better only to know 1/3rd of us gleefully want this makes me sick. This is our downward spiral and we deserve every ounce of what comes with that.

That's not how cuts work... reduced funding to pay for less "bureaucrats" means less overall funding. It does not provide funding to hire more providers. Better would be provisions in the NDAA that adjust VA personnel structure and affords funding for more providers...

Tale as old as time. Control education, control the message / narrative and you can control the people, allowing you to get away with whatever you want. Why are they so afraid of free and critical thought? Things we should continually ask ourselves.
