Me trying to ignore the amount of tattoo requests I get that are no longer following through or showing up to their consults (hoping it’s because they’re all broke and not because my imposter syndrome has been right this whole time)

There were days where I could not fathom going on, my energy was depleted, my back was in shambles, I was crying at the drop of a hat…and then we got a firmer mattress???? I didn’t think that would fix so many problems.

I don’t think that I believe in an afterlife but I know I can’t stop thinking about how excited my dad must be whenever the Eagles do something impressive. Da Birds were his life 🤷‍♀️

A beautiful and unexpected side effect of raising a toddler to be emotionally resilient is to realize you never had that kind of support and to start that journey yourself with your own kid. I am giving her the support I should have had, and it’s the most fulfilling experience.
