OPSEC Note:
Per the unanimous 9th circuit ruling in US v. Jeremy Travis Payne, police can legally compel you to unlock your phone if your security is biometric (face, fingerprint etc); however, they need a warrant to compel you to enter a pin or other password.
Adjust your settings accordingly.

Okay, I’m hoping this will gain some traction on Bluesky *inhales* SALEM PUBLIC LIBRARY IN OREGON IS IN DANGER OF CLOSING. This sets a dangerous precedent for state capital libraries!!
