I've done this a little too much and now that our IT person has left our satellite office, the powers that be have decided that I can replace them in addition to my day job. Without extra pay.
It felt good until it didn't. 😅

One of my secret favorite things is to chat a tech support person and (kindly) show them I've already done all the troubleshoot so they can be wowed by my tech prowess. I know they're thinking "ok, we're not dealing with some noob here."
