I typically try to avoid center city/rittenhouse in general but I stopped into Good Dog Bar at like 4 pm after a meeting and got a bowl of mussels and a pint for $12 AND ended up sitting at the bar next to one of my old TJs coworkers from 15 years ago. The world is wild and so small.

Officially in the stages of GLP-1 withdrawal (for diabetes, iykyk) where my TIR is 25% and I spent most of my days in the 250+ range so I had to make a whole new set of correction factors because CIQ wasn’t cutting it anymore.

My last Dexcom g6 failed to warm up and luckily I started my g7 last night because I had all the supplies but i haven’t updated my pump yet so my bg has been above 200 since 11 pm last night and I feel like SHIT
