I kept getting caught in the revisions trap trying to finish the first chapter of AM, so I decided to try a different approach and hand write the whole thing as my first draft. Took about 29 pages of this notebook, my hand hurts, but it’s done!

💛I started reading some middle grade novels for a story I'm working on. I came across a book called Nowhere Boy by @katherinemarsh.bsky.social. I'm only on page 62, but my goodness am I loving this so far! The story is super interesting, and I love the two POV characters. Can't wait to read more :)

Been a busy few days but I am back trying to write! I've started going to the gym 3x a week and that messed with my brain schedule for a bit. Hopefully now I can find a balance so I can go to the gym and still have energy to write and be creative 🙃✌️
