I know some big results, big hoped for and unexpected, happened today but shout out to Colorado for voting to make sure kids can still get free meals at school!

Not only do my dogs now wake me up at first light but they immediately go back to bed with my wife after I let them out and get coffee started.
I'd say it's rude but it does motivate me to grab a travel mug and take a quiet brisk walk alone so I guess it's good?

Folks are praising @realgdt.bsky.social for Frankenstein (and we can't wait to see it) but since it's post-Halloween we just continued our annual watch of THE BOOK OF LIFE. I swear I cry more during this movie than the rest of the year combined. It's silly and sweet and beautiful and necessary. 💀♥️🇲🇽
