In a similar vein, do I have followers who’ve read and of the Discworld books featuring Death? Specifically Reaper Man? Because that book rewrote my brain in a good way and I’d love to talk more about it.

December and January have been so rough. Between the general state of the world, seasonal sads on top of regular sads I feel like I haven’t caught enough of a break. The worst though was losing my sweet boy, Rory. 💕

One of the biggest gifts from this year was my discovery of Emily Austin and her lovely books. I’ve read everything she has out and I haven’t had that “wow I love this author so much I have to read it all” feeling in YEARS.

This book was one of my favorite reads this year. I have not stopped thinking about it for so many reasons. I truly felt things ranging from nausea to love for my body and I can’t recommend it enough. Here’s my review. ❤️
