December and January have been so rough. Between the general state of the world, seasonal sads on top of regular sads I feel like I haven’t caught enough of a break. The worst though was losing my sweet boy, Rory. 💕

This book was one of my favorite reads this year. I have not stopped thinking about it for so many reasons. I truly felt things ranging from nausea to love for my body and I can’t recommend it enough. Here’s my review. ❤️

I started using this self-care app @aloebud.bsky.social and every day at 4:44 I get a notification to interact and connect with those around me. I call it “People o’Clock” and ask whoever I’m with, “what do you value about yourself?” It can be a difficult question but makes for beautiful convos.
