I voted early today! In my city, Dems are expected to sweep. I’m especially proud of five dear friends who are running for Mayor, Treasurer, City Council (2), and Planning & Zoning Board respectively. They have worked so hard, talking and listening to voters and will serve our community well 👏🏼💙👏🏼

Saw my State Senator by chance today. She was out knocking doors in an ethnically diverse neighborhood to help GOTV for our upcoming mayoral election. She speaks a bit of Spanish, I speak a bit of French … we made it work! I LOVE my diverse city!

My sister came w me to meet my oncologist today ❤️ The fact that I’ll be feeling kinda crappy for another 4-6 months is no surprise. What was disheartening is the fact that I will need so many follow up tests in 2026. I highly doubt I will be able to have them w/o my ACA tax benefits in tact.

But my daughter broke up w her boyfriend who chose to be a frat boy. Yeah. Yay!
