Mine is in Prodpad, but it turns out I can’t share it with anyone that doesn’t have a licence.
Needs to be ‘government laptop friendly’…

Reminding my body that this is something I can do.
15 to 20mins of bag work at the end of a weights session has been a revelation. Like therapy. And a good calorie burn too. My technique is rusty, but still grateful that my body remembers how to move like this.
