Great timing with the intense winter so many parts of the country have had 😿

Also utterly predictable.

14 million households now owe past due utility bills. Trump didn’t create an energy boom - he created an affordability crisis that leaves families choosing between heat and hunger. This isn’t leadership - it’s neglect. #TrumpAffordabilityChaos

8 in 10 public workers say healthcare costs are driving their financial distress. Trump didn’t fix the system - he broke it, leaving millions to choose between medicine and mortgage. #TrumpAffordabilityChaos

I didn’t get a passport until I was in my mid-30s. I had to order a copy of my birth certificate to get the passport too. Both of these cost money. Can you say poll tax? Stop the regression. Stop the voter suppression. Stop the SAVE ACT.

83% of women change their name after marriage. The SAVE bills punish that reality. If your passport is expired and your birth certificate has your old name, you must produce marriage or divorce records or get rejected.

Republicans know who that hits. Women.

The current affordability crisis is not an accident or a natural economic cycle. It is the direct result of specific policies enacted by Donald Trump and his Republican allies in Congress. Their choices made your life more expensive. #TrumpflationSucks

I mean, I don’t even use ACA subsidies and my monthly healthcare premium went up 15%.

#Trumpflationsucks
Healthcare costs are up! Childcare costs are up! Food prices are up! Trump has NOT kept his campaign promises to lower costs. Trump's policies are costing families, businesses, our economy, and our democracy. #TrumpflationSucks

My further firm belief is that mass murder is not a reasonable response even against ppl who *are* doing bad things (in gov’t or otherwise). Arrest, impeachment, public trials, imprisonment, I want to see all of this happen. I am anti-death penalty, IOW. For anything. It makes things pretty simple.

Technofeudalism is the GOP’s dream scenario!
Yup, more ideas to drive us to serfdom.
A 50-year mortgage isn’t a solution—it’s economic servitude. Landlords and developers gutted the housing market, turned shelter into a luxury, & now tell us to work till death for the privilege of paying them forever. That’s not stability that’s modern feudalism with better branding. #Pinks #Momsky

Important list of resources if the GOP lets SNAP benefits stop…share and save to have handy.

The shutdown is hitting where it hurts—our kitchens. SNAP funds might stop but hunger won’t. It’s time to share food access resources that keep families fed without red tape. Free, low-cost, and local options exist. Let’s start with Feeding America: www.feedingamerica.org

Away on a girl’s weekend in a red part of CA this weekend. Closest #NoKings rally was in a nearby town of 10K. We all went, and it was great…great turnout, great vibes, great signs!
(I asked permission to take these pics & post them, except the one I took from across the street, so I blurred faces.)

The government is shut down. Why? Because Trump and Republicans are trying to rip health care away from our parents, kids, and loved ones.

24 million people will see their premiums skyrocket and 15 million will lose health care altogether. This harm is preventable. #TrumpsHealthCareShutdown

Our hearts are broken for the LDS community. Because of potential gun violence, we are now afraid to go to church, send our kids to school, and just live our lives.

This is not freedom. How has gun violence made you less free? https://action.momsrising.org/survey/gvp_story_collection/

Imagine if Russia waged a new kind of disinformation war against America to instigate a civil war & destroy the US from within.

Imagine if Putin installed a Russian asset as US president & he dismantled America's cyber security, leaving us defenseless.

No need to imagine. It's actually happening.
Putin is making fascism great again, worldwide.
Trump isn't the only Nazi on Putin's payroll. Putin is financing Nazi parties in every democracy, and nobody is doing anything to stop him.

This thread is great. One thing I learned when an employee was being stalked online: if someone is threatening you or claiming they’re watching or near you…check what they can learn about you via Google. You may find they only cite details easily avail online, which helps define the threat level.
9. Harassment & stalking prevention: Block and report, don't engage. Screenshot everything. Make accounts private or take breaks if you're being targeted.
