To my Giants fan friends who are fretting about the "tank" - some thoughts...
1. Active tanking does not exist in the NFL. Just ask Doug Pederson, who got fired in 2020 for playing Nate Sudfeld for a half
2. Active tanking certainly doesn't exist for Schoen/Daboll, who are fighting for their jobs

It sucks to watch him succeed in Philly, but I still think letting Barkley walk and plugging in a productive 5th round rookie was the right move by Schoen.
