Actually @ any beloved oomfs or strangers w connective tissue or loose knee issues: if any of you HAVE to drive regularly (partially for drs due to floppy joints), how does one/could one mitigate the tendon/ligament stretching that occurs from swapping from brake to accelerator?

TLDR: im looking for black modders/creators who would be willing to offer feedback on what i currently have + this is a task i want to pay you for taking the time to do!
Hi! As y'all know, I am currently working on a black FFXIV modding compendium. As of right now, the spreadsheet is aiming to contain links to Dawntrail compatible mods hosted on XMA and/or Heliosphere (only these two) that meet at least one of the following criteria: - Mods that are very directly made with black characters in mind (EX: black hair mods, sculpts with black features, etc.), - Mods that are directly shown to work on darker skin tones through proper previewing (EX: body mods previewed on darker skin tones, makeups previewed on darker skin tones, etc.), - Mods that promote more racial diversity ingame that could possibly help black players feel more seen and properly represented. (EX: NPC overhaul mods, etc.), - Guides and resources to promote further creation of inclusive mods (EX: Devkits, Guides, Resource Bundles, etc.), However! Unlike my transmasculine compendium, I am unable to curate mods for this based off my own personal lived experience. I am white, and I really do not feel right putting out resource on an assumption that I am fulfilling the needs of my black peers. I want to confidently know that I have done everything I can to make sure this resource accurately represents the wants and needs of the wonderful black players in this community. With that in mind, I am looking to reach out to my black friends, followers, mutuals, and broader members of the community for assistance! I want to hear your feedback on the sheet while it's in an early access stage. This means telling me what's good about it, how it can be improved, and also (potentially, if you're willing) helping me find and locate mods to add onto the growing list! Here is a vague TLDR of the questions I'll likely ask: - Do you see any mods that aren’t listed on here, but are on you feel should be on here? Any mods that shouldn’t be included? - Are there any additional categories you suggest? Should a current category be split? Removed? - In your opinion, what makes a mod preview a good mod preview that helps black players in deciding whether or not to download a mod? What about mod descriptions? - For skin diffuse mods, what would you consider to be an ideal preview image? How should modders properly display a variety of skin tones? - In your opinion, what should players avoid doing when it comes to creating, naming, and describing black mods? Aaaand a TLDR of questions relating to credit & compensation: - Would you be comfortable with being publicly credited as a main contributor? (This would be listed publicly on the sheet, but remaining anonymous is 100% okay.), - Would you be comfortable with providing me with your Kofi so I can direct people to tip you to show appreciation for the sheet? (Same as above, saying no and remaining anonymous is 100% okay.), - Are you comfortable with me tipping you in thanks for your time and patience with helping me work on this sheet? (I'm insisting upon doing this since IMO this does classify as emotional labor, but if it really would make you uncomfortable then I 100% won't push!), These questions will be asked to multiple people, so my aim is to get a solid group of opinions and adjust, tweak, modify, and improve things from there! Talked about Sou's transition, so here are some instances of Sou being Sou and being cherished and adored by people for it 😊😊😊 Additional contexts included for everyone in alt texts. #setanosou
Child Sou Seta and child Zenos, both well pre-transition, find a moment of levity and joy at a stuffy networking party by play-fighting each other in the gardens. Zenos is openly delighted when Sou bites and draws blood, as no one else in Zenos' world takes Zenos seriously in that way. Sou is surprised; she is used to displeasing people with her presence and actions, not causing people to have fun! Emet fondly chastises Sou for causing chaos, stating that just by being as herself as possible, that such a thing was bound to happen. To Ancients, as with the Dotharl, to have a soul is not a destiny so much as simply a gift of provenance - simply by being themselves and pursuing what it is they'd like to pursue, surely their soul will flourish, regardless of what its previous incarnations did or wanted. Sou is pleased with the compliment. Sou and Zero on a nice outing in the summer, probably to the beach in Thavnair. They connect fondly with each other after a few stumbling starts and even form a voidsent pact for a while, with Sou pledging to pay off Zenos' debt to Zero. If Zero didn't have duties elsewhere, I'm pretty sure Sou would propose to her. Sou and Erenville on some sort of hunt together, each working with their areas of expertise to try and find the place they're looking for. Sou chats with a weather-watcher and a fish tackle merchant, and Erenville helps analyse some of the things on the map to point them in the right direction. They work well as a team even though at first glance it would seem like they'd have communication issues - in fact, they both diligently observe and respect the other's needs and foibles.
