Tbh, drinking electrolytes helped a lot,,, I get it way less frequently than I did a couple years ago, for what that’s worth

You can’t pour with an empty cup! It’s not really feasible to be taking care of others if you aren’t caring for yourself as well

I think it may be inspired by a/i slop face or “traditional” western “beauty standards,” but I doubt it could be modeled and rigged by a/i w and maintain any degree of functionality.

There are three other people in the group I don’t hang out with as much, but if Issue Person doesn’t adjust his behavior or apologize, it’d be easier for me to make a point of reaching out to those other friends.
