Thousands of people on X are using Grok to create sexualized images of adults + minors wearing minimal clothing. This not only violates X's own content policy, it may violate the guidelines of Apple’s App Store and the Google Play store:

The book is quite repetitive, but I think that repetition conveys & mirrors exactly what it is like to have an undiagnosed illness. When I had undiagnosed lyme for 5 years, I went round & round the same paths with different drs. It's not linear; it's often maddening, disappointing, exhausting.

I am about halfway through this rollercoaster. I am curious. What did you think at the midpoint in the book? I am a writer and med student fyi. Genuinely just asking about the pacing mostly.
