Seriously. Even chalking cars for parking enforcement was ruled an illegal violation of the 4th amendment. This is beyond illegal.
I was just saying to Portia that it is a 4th amendment violation. It's driving me nuts that no one is really talking about how unconstitutional it is to be bashing through people's cars and pulling them out through the window
