Oh, and … “The Geneva Conventions, which the United States and Israel both ratified, prohibit the forcible relocation of populations.”
Saudi Arabia reaffirmed its support for an independent Palestinian state and said establishing diplomatic ties with Israel would depend on the creation of such a state, hours after President Trump proposed permanently moving all Palestinians out of Gaza and making it a U.S. territory.

Dangers of Army training & VIP helo flights near DCA’s nailbiting runways have been known for years. But as commercial flights have multiplied, air safety continues to get neglected. Unless airlines & public demand it, will tragedy be enough incentive to fully fund FAA & alter Army training paths?
The Army Black Hawk helicopter that collided with a passenger jet near Washington was training near a busy airport, and in a complicated airway, because Army helicopters frequently ferry cabinet officials, lawmakers and other VIPs across the area, Army officials said.
The Reason Army Helicopters Train in Washington’s Busy Skies
The service is often responsible for ferrying lawmakers and other V.I.P.’s across the area, and near Reagan National Airport.

My late mom didn’t love having wet hair after memory challenges set in. But if we kept her warm and the stylist had an ounce of empathy, getting a haircut and blowdry was one of Mom’s favorite activities. When you can’t find words, nothing beats the confidence boost of feeling your best. 🥹
