Postscript, correcting an error in my initial post:
It only seemed to be a matter of time before President Trump would fire Brown as his top military adviser. Predictably the focus of a Friday-after-5:00 announcement, Brown was the 2nd Black officer to serve as chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Brown has served as chairman since October 2023, and would have been expected to remain in place until 2027. A president can extend a JCS chairman’s term in times of national crisis, but does not normally fire a general or admiral from their post absent poor performance or wrongdoing. -fin-

This is a non-political post, as all the military are expected to serve the Constitution, without regard to changes in presidency or governing party. Typically a JCS chairman’s four-year term overlaps with multiple presidencies.

I don’t know specifics about what documentation Medicaid offers its recipients online, but for participants now would be an important time to check. Best of luck. Try www.medicaid.gov

From @nytimes.com : “Daniel Driscoll, President Trump’s nominee for Army secretary, said…the Army would need to examine ‘where is an appropriate time to take training risk, and it may not be near an airport like Reagan.’”

The FAA report will be a must-read. We’ll obtain it even if unreleased.

#Biden may offer burnpit #disability #benefits under the 2022 #PACT Act. “My concern is that all veteran disability benefits will be at risk” after Trump’s inauguration “and that there will not be an appetite to modify existing disability benefits for this respiratory disorder.” -Dr. Bob Miller, 2/3
