What's being "protected" is not "free speech" but rather the RIGHT for white men to be white supremacists in public without any criticism or any consequences. I hope that's clear.

Has anyone pointed out that people usually just buy whatever drug is prescribed by their doctor so they are not going to shop for the lowest price? A tariff on pharmaceuticals does not encourage domestic competition. It just raises costs.
Trump: "We'll be putting an initially small tariffs on pharmaceuticals. But in one year, one in a half years maximum, it's gonna go to 150% and then it's gonna go to 250%, because we want pharmaceuticals made in our country."

The key theme is not any judicial philosophy. The Roberts majority doesn’t use any consistently. The key theme is aggressive quick action against those who try to enforce the laws and Constitution on Trump. And extreme passivity on Trump’s illegal actions. It’s an anti-anti-Trump court.
Which means a baby born in New York to undocumented parents will be a citizen. But a baby born to undocumented parents in Kentucky will not be a citizen.
