Fife Council is one of the lowest spenders of all Scottish councils per pupil for education. We need your help in changing this. We need more staff. Come to our public meeting THIS WEDNESDAY, 7pm, Rothes Halls facebook.com/events/s/pub...

Fife Council’s proposal is for a £667,000 cut to school budgets in 2027-28 and £1
million pound cut in 2028-29.
Higher running costs mean less resources at the chalk face.
Come to our public meeting on 18/2/26 in Rothes Halls, Glenrothes.
Have your say.
Invest in education, Invest in Fife.

As teachers, we love working with young people, but the current workload is unsustainable for many teachers😵‍💫🙇‍♀️

Your wellbeing and your teaching are likely to benefit from less weekly class contact and more ‘preparation and correction’ time #Ballot #VoteYes

This is Fife Council's plan for school budgets in the next three years. By not increasing budgets next year the Council is forcing Headteachers to impose more cuts. Make sure you've spread the word about our public meeting on the 18th. Let's make sure we get the funding our schools need and deserve.
