I didn't know Rob directly, but did cross paths with him at Gamehole Con a few times. He was always very warm and kind. This is a tragic loss for the whole industry. My thoughts are with his family and friends.
I'm so sad to hear about the passing of Rob Wieland this weekend. He was a real pleasure to work with--always professional, funny, and kind. Our thoughts go out to his family and friends. He will be missed.

I have an old "friend" from high school who is having a pity party over the fact that her son is autistic. I seriously have no idea how to talk to her about this, she's going on about how clearly something "gave her son autism" and she's getting very defensive and feeling "invalidated."

#Archaeology friends: question for my Lego League: have you worked at/know of a site where it was really difficult to remove dirt from the excavation area? Like, a deep cave or high cliff? Do you know of any innovative solutions that were used to do so? Pictures are a plus!
